The German Wirehaired Pointer Club of America's 2012 National was hosted by GWPCNC. For information on placements, check out the National site: www.gwpca.com
Our club's annual Walking Field Trial will be held on May 11-12, 2013 at Hastings Island. So, come on out, visit, volunteer, gossip, watch, run a dog, etc. You will have a good time.

- Lunches available at a reasonable price
- There will be a pot luck dinner for Saturday evening; contact Diane Marsh for more information.

GWPCNC Annual Specialty Show
Our annual Specialty will be held in conjunction with the "Woofstock Cluster". The four days of shows begin on Thursday, June 6, and end on Sunday, June 9, 2013. Entries for these shows close Wednesday, May 22.
Our Specialty is on Sunday, June 9.
We will have puppy and veteran sweepstakes. (Dogs do not have to be entered in regular classes to enter our Veteran Sweepstakes)
The shows are held at the Solano County Fairgrounds in Vallejo, CA
We are hoping to have a small get-together ring side after the Specialty. Don't know if it will be breakfast, brunch, or lunch at this point, but I will keep you posted. As in the past, this is a pot luck type of deal with the club getting the major food items and drinks.
The "Specialty Trophy Donation Form" may be downloaded from this site if you would like to donate to the trophy fund. On the above Menu, click on Newsletters, Premiums, and Other Forms. Once there, open the 2013 Woofstock folder.
Our President, Francis Marsh, would like to hold a short meeting ringside after the specialty.
Hope to see many of you out there. Even if you do not have a dog to show, it will be fun to hang out with other members and GWP owners.
